Return and Refund policy

RETURNS 
Our policy covers 45 days after the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. There are certain situations where partial refunds may be granted (if applicable) for reasons such as any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts (for reasons not due to our error), or any item that is returned more than 45 days after delivery. If you purchased your product from another retailer (such as Amazon.com or Walmart.com), then to you need to return the product directly to them.

To complete your return for any product purchased directly from www.colorswell.com, please email support@colorswell.com and include the following information:

- Product Name 
- Reason for Return

REFUNDS

PROCESS 
When your email request for a return is received, we will confirm your order and then email return instructions to you (generally within 24-47 hours). Then, when your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status (approval or rejection) of your refund. If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment (within 14 days).

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS 
If you have not received a refund after three to four week, please check your bank account to be sure. Also check with your bank or credit card company because there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@colorswell.com.

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

SHIPPING COSTS 
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
