Return and Refund policy
Our policy covers 60 days after the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. There are certain situations where partial refunds may be granted (if applicable) for reasons such as any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts (for reasons not due to our error), or any item that is returned more than 60 days after delivery. If you purchased your product from another retailer (such as Amazon.com or Walmart.com), then to you need to return the product directly to them.
To complete your return for any product purchased directly from www.colorswell.com, please email email@example.com and include the following information:
- First and Last Name
- Street Address
- City, State, Zip
- Order Date
- Order ID
- Product Name
- Reason for Return
When your email request for a return is received, we will confirm your return and then email return instructions to you (generally within 24-48 hours). If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment (within 14 days of receipt).
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not received a refund after three to four weeks, please check with your bank or credit card company because there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)
Sale items will be refunded at the sale price.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We replace items if they are defective or damaged.
SHIPPING COSTS (IF APPLICABLE)
If your refund is approved, we will pay for the shipping costs.
