- Safety mat: old newspaper or old cloth.
Instructions:
- Step 1: Prepare your work area for your mat, paper paints, and markers.
- Step 2: Cut eye holes in the paper plate to create a mask shape.
- Step 3: Decorate the mask using paints, markers, and/or crayons. The kids can create characters or animals.
- Step 4: Add decorative items like feathers, sequins, or yarn using glue.
- Step 5: Let the mask dry completely.
- Step 6: Once dry, punch a hole on each side of the mask and tie string or elastic through the holes to wear the mask.
